— Chapter 02 / Working rhythm

A rhythm we keep, week after week.

Step 01

Receive

Send your storefront details, expected order volume, and the decoration methods you intend to use. We open a partner account within two business days and reply with onboarding next steps in writing.

Step 02

Produce

Production runs on the decoration method matched at intake. Each piece passes a file-versus-output comparison before being folded, tagged, and bagged. The bench moves at a steady cadence, not a sprint.

Step 03

Deliver

Labels generate at packing close; tracking numbers post back to your storefront within one hour. Domestic via USPS / UPS / DHL; international via tracked courier or postal services depending on destination.

— Chapter 03 / What we hold to

Four practices we will not let slip.

Steady production windows

Two to three business days for most digital decoration; embroidery and screen runs add a day for setup. Steady is more useful than fastest — you can plan around steady.

Quality you can show your buyer

Each piece is inspected against your file before packing. Misprints are caught and re-run before the parcel leaves the bench.

Built for small and big runs

Print one piece for sampling or a thousand for a launch. Volume tier discounts begin at fifty units per SKU and step up at 250 and 1,000.

A partner you can call

Stock issues, deadline conflicts, and file questions go to a named operator. Replies arrive within one business day, in writing, with the next step articulated.

— Chapter 05 / Questions

Before you write.

What is your typical turnaround?
Two to three US business days for direct-to-garment, sublimation, and small-volume screen runs from order confirmation. Embroidery and high-volume screen extend by one day for setup. We flag outliers in writing before production starts.
Is there a minimum order?
No MOQ. Single-unit sampling and bulk runs share the same intake pipeline. Volume tier discounts trigger automatically at fifty, two-fifty, and one-thousand units per SKU.
Which decoration methods?
Four core methods: DTG (photographic detail), screen printing (solid colour, larger volume), embroidery (caps and chest marks), dye-sublimation (drinkware, polyester, all-over apparel). Each product detail page lists compatibility.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipments dispatch via tracked postal or courier services depending on weight and destination. Duties default to recipient responsibility; customs documents are listed in your dispatch confirmation.
How do I open the conversation?
Send a brief to [email protected] with your store, expected volume, and decoration mix. We reply within one business day with the next step articulated.
