Fulfillment policy

Production lead times, shipping windows, and our operational commitments.

Production lead time

Two to three US business days for direct-to-garment, screen-printed, and sublimated orders. Four to six US business days for embroidery and small-batch screen runs. We will tell you in writing if your order falls outside this window before it enters production.

Shipping

All orders ship from our US facility via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Tracking numbers are returned to your storefront within one hour of label generation.

Domestic shipping windows

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days. UPS Ground: 1-5 business days. USPS Priority: 1-3 business days.

International shipping

International orders ship via tracked international post or DHL Express. Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless DDP terms are pre-arranged.

Inventory and base sourcing

Our catalogue is restocked weekly. If a base is short, we will notify you within one business day and suggest the closest alternative.

Holiday windows

Production may pause for major US public holidays. We post any deviation from this policy on the storefront one week ahead.
