Terms under which The Willow Gate LLC provides fulfillment services to its partners.

Scope

These terms govern the engagement between you (the partner placing orders) and The Willow Gate LLC (the studio fulfilling them). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide print-on-demand fulfillment including: base sourcing from our catalogue, decoration via the methods listed for each base, packaging, dispatch, and tracking integration with your storefront. Services outside this scope are quoted separately.

Payment

Orders are billed at the prices listed on the relevant product page at the time of order. Tier discounts apply automatically at the quantities listed. Net-30 payment terms are available to qualifying accounts on request.

Production timelines

We commit to the production timelines stated on each product page subject to file readiness and stock availability. Material delays will be communicated within one business day.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without penalty up to four hours after submission. Orders in production cannot be cancelled but unshipped inventory may be redirected.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We do not warrant lost-profits, opportunity cost, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes will be heard in courts located in Bernalillo County.

Legal entity

All references to "we", "us", and "TLD GLOBAL" in this document refer to TLD GLOBAL LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company registered in the United States.
