From file to doorstep, in four movements.
A standard order moves through four checkpoints. We confirm at each one. If anything looks off, you hear from us before the next step begins.

Brief and onboarding
Send a note describing the goods you intend to fulfil and where you sell. We respond within one business day with onboarding next steps and an account placeholder. Onboarding is free.

Artwork and base selection
Choose from our catalogue and submit print-ready artwork in standard formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG). We sanity-check resolution and placement before any ink touches fabric. Mock-up samples available on request.

Production
Items are decorated using the method appropriate to the design and base — direct-to-garment, screen printing, embroidery, or dye-sublimation. Each piece is inspected against your file before it is folded and bagged.

Dispatch
Orders ship from our facility with tracking returned to your store. Direct-to-customer or bulk-to-warehouse options are both supported. Postal and tracked-courier are available domestically and internationally.
Three pillars we will not negotiate on
Speed
Two to three business days for most decorated apparel, four to six for embroidery and small-run screen.
Honesty
If we cannot hit your timeline or your base is short, you hear it within the same business day — before production starts.
Quality control
Every piece is checked against the file you sent. Misprints are caught and reproduced before they leave the workshop.
